Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am a custodial parent and on the non custodial parents weekend when my child is picked up I dont have an address or phone number for him is there anything I can do?

Yes. If your order was properly drafted, then it including an order to provide you, the court, and the child support office with any change of address or phone number. If that is in there, then he is in violation of the court order and it can be enforced.
