Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
The custodial parent has refused to give me her contact information and I can't speak to my daughter. Also, I have supervised visits and I need the CP's sister's number to set up a time and date to see her, which I have also been denied. What can I do about this?

It appears that the custodial parent is in contempt of court. I recommend that you consult with a family law attorney in your county to review all your paperwork and make sure that I'm right. If so, contempt is a very technical procedure. It must be pled very specifically in order for her to be held in contempt by a judge. I recommend that you hire an attorney to do this for you.
Good luck.
