Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Custodial parent rents child's room.

Ex spouse recently bought luxury 3 Bdrm home & luxury vehicle. She has rented 2 of the bdrms to single females and has moved our 4 year old son into her room where they sleep in the same bed.

Ex is primary (I pay Child support) but we have joint custody - my son is with me 50% of the time and has his own bdrm in my home.

Behavioral issues have recently begun/intensified with my son.

Are Ex's actions considered neglect, if so what can I do to limit son's exposure to her living arrangements?

Thank you for your help.

In Texas, the law says that is in the best interest of the child, meaning that although your ex actions may not be considered neglect, if the court determines that it is not in the best interest of the child, then things could change. You would have to hire an attorney and file a motion to modify the SAPCR.
