Custody Appeals
Got a proposal on child support & custody. Sent required info to go to court. Never served or new of the court date. Next thing received was court order to pay. I want to appeal but can not find right appeal form. Can you recomend the right form I need? Can I find it on the internet to download free, if so what web site?

It it's been less than 30 days. File a Motion for New Trial.
Your facts don't make sense. You only need to be served with the original pleading. The rest is up to you. If you merely mailed some information to the Court, it was filed in the court's file without anyone every looking at it.
There are no forms in Texas that I know of to write an appeal. I suggest that you try a law library. Of course, hiring an attorney that does appellate work is the best idea. You must have grounds for an appeal and you must prove why they should reverse.
