Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am in a custody case brought by myself and the Texas Attorney General seeking custody of my eleven year old daughter, I already have physical custody of my 4 1/2 year old daughter and I am not in agreement with the Temporary Order that Judge made on 11/05/2012. In addition the Judge didn't sign the order. Is this Temporary Order valid?

If you had a hearing, and the court entered an order, you can appeal it. If it was from an Associate Judge, you have only 7 days from the date of the order, so you will have act immediately (as in today). In order to assess all of your options, an attorney would have to review your file, and gain a better understanding not only of your situation, but what transpired at the hearing on Monday. There are numerous attorneys in your area listed on this board, you should try to meet with one asap. Good luck.
