Who gets custody
If a child doesnt have a father listed on their birth certificate, but knows who their father is. If the mother dies, would the biological father or the husband (stepdad) get custody.

Generally, just because no name appears on the birth certificate does not mean that the biological father is not responsible for his child. Without more specific facts, a determination of who would ultimately obtain custody is not feasible.
