Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

What to about custody and child support?

I was divorced nine years ago.My ex-wife disappeared with my two kids.I've tried all types of searches and have been to court. We have joint custody. To get the police to help they say i need temporary custody but court will not give it to me if shes not in court. What can i do about that? she has not collected any child support that i have paid meanwhile its still going against my credit because i stopped paying. Is there anyway to get that removed from my credit report.I would appreciate any help you can give me.Thanks.

Re: What to about custody and child support?

something does not seem right with the facts you

stated. I assume you have visitation and that you

are not getting it. Why not file to enforce the

visitation, or file under the Parental Kidnapping

Prevention Act? Hope this helps.

The simple answer is to serve her by publication

and then get the judge to fix the orders.

That should put put you in a much stronger

position.

Frankly, there are good investigters that can find her and I would also try that so she is on the back foot.
