custody of my children
My husband just got temp. custody of my kids. I am not an unfit parent in anyway. He makes more money than I do, is why the judge says he is getting the kids temporarily. I do live with another man at this point, but that doesn't make me a bad parent. My children are very small and i want them to be with their mother, any suggestions? I cannot lose my kids. I could see if i was unfit, but i am not. the dad even told the judge that he knows i am a good mom.

Do you now understand that a custody case is complicated and often can have tragic consequences?
In my opinion, it is foolish for a person to try to handle a custody case on their own. You and/or your boyfriend need to hire a lawyer today, to begin the process of building a case to try to get your kids back. It is difficult to overcome the status quo, so the sooner the better.
