custody of children

if I have a power of attorney for the care of children form that i obtained online with findlegalform signed in teaxs by a notary public & need to go to the state of louisiana to retain custody of my grand kids will those forms be legal and binding or do I need to have court order, or an onther form signed by an La. notary

Internet forms and notarized forms are no good to get custody of children. Only a court can grant custody. If you don't have a court order, then you are likely wasting your time. And, LA will not recognize a TX order unless it goes through their court system. You better get a lawyer. You haven't saved any money yet.
