Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
My ex has custody of my children and refuses to let me speak to them on his phone so i bought them a cell phone on my plan and sent it home with them. Now he has taken that phone to. Do i have any legal action i can take if i paid for the phone and service and if so who do i contact.

Yes, you have recourse. As the courts try to catch up with technology, it is common for the court to order reasonable telephone access for the parents with the children. You may be able to mediate a solution to this problem, and if not, a Petition to Modify is in order.
