custody

if my common law wife has been having an affair during our 2 month seperation & has made arrangements to elope, will this help me with custody of my boys?

Amen to Pat Bushman's answer.

You are only allowed to be married to one person at a time in the State of Texas.

If you truly have a common law marriage, then you need to file for divorce within 2 years of separation.
