Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Custody

I have a court order stating that since I live 100 miles away my daughter's father that he sees her only the first weekend of every month and we rotate holidays and what not. But it also states that we meet half way which is 5 hr drive for both of us. But it also states that if he misses 3 consecutive visits then he would only get to see her the 1 weekend of every month excluding him from seeing her on holidays and summer. Now he keeps calling and saying that he wants her for Christmas and I already explained it to him about the court order and that he has not paid chid support in a while but he still doesn't get it. So what do I need to do.

Re: Custody

Just to be sure you understand, child support and visitation are two separate issues and one can't be used to justify not paying or not allowing the other.

To have a decree with this complex a visitation schedule you had to have had an attorney. You should talk to him or her about this.
