Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have custody of my daughte, but since 2008 she has been living with my mom and her husband. I want her to come live with me what legal troubles am i facing?

You aren't facing any legal troubles.

Contact your mother and tell her you're coming to get your daughter.

If she gives you any trouble, file an application for writ of habeas corpus.
