How can I get custody over my daughter child if she left her with me for 3 years to go live with her boyfriend and only visited her once a month and hasn't brought anything for her

If all other issues are favorable, you have standing to file a Suit Affecting Parent-Child Relationship. It will probably get too complicated to do without an attorney. You will need Temporary Orders to prevent her from picking up the child once she is served Consult a local attorney to start the process to establish yourself as a conservator of the child.
