Custody with out Divorce

I was needing to know if someone would have to be divorced before fighting for custody, or can you fight for custody first and worry about the divorce later?

Usually custody and divorce go hand in hand.

If you are trying to save money or "be creative", I urge you to talk to an attorney immediately.

I often find that people that try to "save" money end up spending 2 or 3 times more than they would have spent if they had followed an experienced family law attorney's advice.
