If the non-custodial parent ''child-napped'' the child and took off to Texas can they be extridited back to Missouri?

Interesting terminology you use - mostly criminal for a totally civil action.

You are in luck. Texas is maybe the state which granted the largest civil award for interference with custody.

There is a LOT for you to do.

Jurisdiction must be handled RIGHT or you lose.

Where in Texas are the children? It is nearly a thousand miles from here to Brownsville.
