Custody

How do i file for custody in houston? my ex wont let me see my daughter but we've never had a custody agreement

You need to contact an attorney to discuss this situation. You need to get something filed with the Court seeking return of the child. If you are married to the father, then you need to file for divorce and set a hearing for temporary orders. If you were not married to the father there is even a question as to whether a formal and "legal" parent child relationship has been established.
