Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

custody

The final decree of divorce is not final (just signed a week ago) and my ex just anounced that he was moving out of state. we have joint custody but they reside with him. can I stop him from moving? Can I get custody even though custody is equal and they reside with him???

You will need to file to get custody changed and you need to do it now.
