custody

If you are a gay individual but your minor children are not exposed to a ''gay lifestyle'' and nothing inappropriate is ever done in front of them, can they be legally ''taken away'' because of your sexual orientaion?

Re: custody

Children can be "taken away" only if it is proven to be in the best interest of the child. This is not dissimilar to the children of prostitutes to the extent that the "gay lifestyle" is not recognized as being mainstream behavior. And, you don't see the children of prostitutes being taken away as long as the children are loved and cared for and not exposed to the lifestyle. Just be careful. You are aware that the "guy lifestyle" is under attack right now. Good Luck.
