Custody and grandparents
my husband was killed in a car accident and now his parents are saying that if i date anyone then they will file for custody of our daughter do they have right to do that just cause i may date again in the future me and my husband were still married at the time we are not divorced

I am very sorry for the loss of your husband and the father of your children. To answer your question, I have only seen this happen a few times. Usually, this possibility will occur when the grandparents question your private sexual activity. so, if that is a possibility, make sure it's never when the kids are home and if you want to go out, make sure the kids are taken care of by an unquestionably competent baby-sitter.
