Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have custody of my kids, there is NO geographiacl restriction in my court orders, my fiance is in the marine corps and we plan on getting married around december 2009, when we get married i will then move with him, this means i would be moving out of the county and most likley out of state, if and when i move i know i am suppose to submit a letter informing the ncp of the move and where it is. Can the ncp bring me to court to inform me to move back ? how would this work ?

The other parent can file for a modification of custody, asking to have custody himself, asking that you pay the costs associated with long distance visitation, or asking for a geographic restriction. You cannot be ordered to move back, but the court can order that the children remain withing the jurisdiction of the court. You should talk to a good family law attorney.
