CAN MY EX MAKE ME MOVE BACK TO TEXAS AFTER ALLOWING ME TO GO WITH THE KIDS? i MOVED TO OREGON 6 MOS AGO WITH HIS APPROVAL AND NOW HE WANT TO AMEND THE DIVORCE DECREE. i AM SETTLED, AS ARE THE KIDS AND I HAVE A FULL TIME JOB ECT. CAN HE JUST MAKE ME MOVE WHEN HE WANTS? HOW SUCCESFUL IS THIS GENERALLY?

Your ex cannot amend the divorce decree unilaterally. He will have to serve you with a copy of his proposed amendment and set a hearing. Of course, if you don't show up, he will get a default judgement that will give him what he wants.

Modifying the divorce decree after you have moved with no objection to the court is going to be an uphill battle for him. You should take action in OR right away to move the case to OR. That would make it even more difficult. See a Family Lawyer in OR.
