Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Custody

I had managing conservatory of my children for 8 years. At the ages of 14 and 11 they decided they wanted to live with their Mom. I agreed to let them try it. She and they, decided to make it permanant and went to court and got custody. I pay child support to her through the AG's office. She called me yesterday and wanted me to come and get our 16 year old because he is getting into trouble and she cant handle him. How do we get custody and child support switched over? She is keeping our 13 year old for now.

Re: Custody

A motion to modify is the method of changing the formal court order. I do handle matters in Denton County. I have a questionnaire at my web site on the family law page.
