custody mediation

My 12 year old daughter wants to come live with me. I need to go through a mediator first. How do I find one?

I would consult with an attorney to find a good one in your area. You will need to have an attorney set it up and notify your ex that you would like to go through mediation. A lot of times the final decree of divorce will only require you to go through mediation if the other side wants to do that or if they respond within a certain amount of time. Otherwise, you can proceed to court.
