Re: getting custody of my neices

Quite likely. You will have to file a petition with the court and prove that it is in the best interest of the children for you or your mother to have custody of the children. See a lawyer if this is important to you. Good Luck.

The State of Texas does not want your children!

However, CPS in your county might!

Where is Mom? She's the next in line.

You need to file a petition with the court. You need to determine if there is a current court of jurisdiction over these kids.

You probably need an attorney.

I encourage you to find someone immediately.
