custody past probs
divorced oct 2006. due to mistakes by me, there were drug testing provisions. have passed all tests since then and have standard visitation. no history of drug use before or after. am good dad, and kids want to spend more time with me. Ex denies them every request. worse she filed a false restraining order on ridiculous grounds that i would kidnap kids and take them to mexico. she also filed modification to remove me as joint conservator. I hired good atty, filed denial. restraining order dropped immed., amicus hired. amicus recommends more time with me. My ex now wants to dissolve the case. i now want to press for a modification on my behalf. She is threatening to bring up all my previous mistakes - mainly drugs and viewing porn(she scoured my computer without my knowledge during divorce). Can she bring this up even though she knew about all this when she agreed to the mediated settlement for divorce which I have complied with. I have corrected my mistakes and I am a good dad. Can this still hurt me?
