Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Custody Question

My parents are trying to get custody of my children because I reside with my same sex partner. In Aug of 2007 I had a stroke and still have seiziers can they use that against me also? I own my home but reside with my partner my brother n law claims I should move back to my house to eliminate problems...what legal rights to I have???

Same sex partner relationships have not been very popular lately. They can use your seizures and your relationship against you. Then it's up to a jury. Better have a smart lawyer. Good Luck.
