Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

custody questions

In my divorce decree is says I have to stay within 100 miles of Dallas county and it has to be a contiguous county. So does that mean that I cannot move to Parker county.

Since Parker is not contiguous to Dallas -- you cannot move there without your ex permission, or permission of the court.
