Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

custody

we have been raising our grandson since he was 2months old he is 13 yrs old now. we want custody hes parents never helped out or showed any interet in raising him. what options do we have or how do we start the process he wishes to stay with us and the parents are aware of this

You would need a Suit Affecting the Parent Child Relationship. See a lawyer. If everybody is in agreement, this should not be so expensive. Good Luck.
