Custody of my sisters
i currently have a power of attorney over my two little sisters from our father. we have diffrent mothers and theirs is dead. our father is not in our lives and dosent want to be but there are still things that i am having touble getting such as pasports and giving the 16 year old driving lessons. how do i become a cort appointed garudian or adopt them? also the previous family that they lived with wont leave them alone and they are Harassing us. how do i make them leave us alone because asking and telling dosent work.

What you want is CUSTODY of the girls. If you've had possession of them for over 6 months, then it won't be hard to do. You will need a copy of their mom's death certificate and you will need to get Dad to agree or either serve him.
However, if the family they used to live with has any sort of "legal" arrangement, you will need to notify them too.
You obviously need an experienced family law attorney.
