Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
custody of my son
I was to die or something in that matter could i choose who would have custody or would automaticly go to his father? if his father would agree to let my sister have custody if this was to happen. How would i get this in writing or what should i do to make sure this happens?

You really need to talk to an attorney.
You have not given enough information to answer your question in an email.
Also, your question is too complex to be answered in a email.
However, you can execute all sorts of documents and years past, and the father of the child, can change his mind and file a lawsuit to get custody of the child.
