Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Under a custody and support agreement, my husband is required to pay 1/2 of all "uninsured medical expenses." He has always split the costs of copays for medical bills and prescription meds. Now his ex is demanding he also pay 1/2 of all over the counter drugs and items including kleenex and sports drinks. He initially refused and she then obtained a "prescription" for these items from a nurse and the ex is threatening legal action if he doesn't pay. Does she have a case?

I'm pretty sure that nurses can't write prescriptions.

I'd bet you $100 that she won't hire a lawyer (at $250 per hour) to recover half the cost of sports drinks.

Ignore her demands. Don't respond to them at all, don't discuss them with her, don't dignify them with a response.
