getting custody of an underage sibling

my brother resigned as guardian of my juvenile brother, how would i go about getting custody of said juvenile?

If your brother became conservator or guardian through a court order, that order may be modified. Otherwise, you may be able to file an original suit affecting the parent-child relationship.
