When you say that you have custody, do you mean that you have legal custody? In other words, do you have a court order that gives you the right to designate the primary residence of the child?

If so, then you must sue to enforce that court order. Any experienced family law attorney can help you with that.

If not, then you must establish the residence of the child. You need to do that as soon as possible because you might otherwise lose the right to do it in Texas (if you haven't already). Call a family lawyer immediately to protect your rights. These rights depend on how long ago he took her to Wisconsin among other things.

Feel free to call us if we can help you.
