Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Custody/Child Support Modification

We are trying to attempt to change custody & childsupport from mother to father with all in agreement. I also know I can get these forms to do it ourself so we do not have to hire an attorney. Do you know what forms that I need to get this accomplished? And what the procedure is do get this signed by a judge?

Modification of custody by agreement is normally done with a lawyer. The Tarrant County Law Library has many law books and form books if you decide to do this yourself. My office is not far from you.
