Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have custudy of my four children. Their mother took them, I alowed her to have them with my permition. For the summer only the month of June, now she refuses to bring them back to me. The county juge says I need to hire an aterny n file a contempt of court. Just to get my kids back. Is this the only option for me?

If there is an Order that outlines custody and possession and the mother has violated the order, then yes , your option is to file a Enforcement/Contempt to force her to return the children to you.
