Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

my dad emotional abuses me and I'm crying ever night praying for it to stop... im 16 with a child thats 4months old ....the dads going to jail for it ...but my dad is always putting me down to the point i wanna die .....im tired of living in fear and stress and pain ..please help me....what can i do ...hes the family income ...so i cant file for abuse plus he hits me once a month
