Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
well me and my dad are going through visitation situation and my lawyer says i need a reason to change it so she can make a case and i was curious can i make a case of mental abuse and he is abusive to my older aunt he has beat her and she is 23 and she has a sickness called ms and mentally abuses her to and he only lets us eat twice a day and when im there me and him dont talk and we dont do things together and then one weekend he gave me these drugs and night quil at the same time and during that same week i was at the hospital for dehydreation, my lawyer keeps saying i need more to make a case but i gave her all that i could, he wants money from me not visitation and if the judge makes me go back there she doesnt know that my dad will start to abuse me and maybe worse and did i mention he lied to a officer just to get them to come out here to my house when it was time for him to get me and he never called me when he was outside he would come sit outside and drive off and then sometimes he would sit around my hosue and just watch my house like he was stalking me. when we went to court last time he tried to send my mom to jail so that i could leave with him and then he would get full custody and then that means he would have money coming his way and then did i mention he wanted to teach me how to use a gun and im only 15 and im so afraid of my dad i have came to court every year to fix this, i need help with this i have to win this case but i have to make a case to change my visitation, i have my new visitation planned out i just need a judge to see it and approve.

It is VERY important that you discuss your worries with your mother and her lawyer. You are 15 and this should not be your problem. The adults need to be resolving this without burdening you. Ask your mom's lawyer to let you conference with the judge. Good luck.
