Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

dad's visitation w/ 4 yr. old

Dad has many drug related convictions but has met CPS requirements and now has unsupervised wkend and summer visitation. Dad is now living w/ girl who has lost her children due to drugs. Recently learned she is on probation for 2 years due to drug conviction. How do the courts view this in light of unsupervised visitation? Is this considered unsafe home for 4 yr. old? Dad often leaves child in the care of this lady.

Re: dad's visitation w/ 4 yr. old

Based on the information provided, you have, or should I say your 4 year old child has reason to have the court take a look at the circumstances to make a determination of what is in the best interest of the child, to continue to have supervised visitations or to have the lady continue to take care of the child.
