Hi my danette jackson and I had a son in the cps system back in 1980 now I reunited with my child and found out he's some what mental ill he also lives in san Antonio how can I get my son back in houston with me his bological mom.

If there is a guardianship over him, you have to apply with the court to become his new legal guardian. If there is no guardianship...he's an adult and can move wherever he wants.
