dating laws

i am dating a younger female and i am turning 18 soon. what is the law concerning dating ages? also is there such a thing as dating with parental concent? in other words can her parents allow us to date after i turn 18 or does the law overrule her parents?

If you are 18, I would NOT date (aka have sex) with a girl under the age of 18.

Even if her parents consent to the sex, they can revoke their agreement at any time.

You are talking about a crime!

If you would like more details about all the potential problems, you need to consult with a criminal lawyer.

I'm sure you've heard the horror stories about guys having sex with their under age girl friends, get prosecuted and have to register as sex offenders for the rest of their lives -- it happens!
