Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am dating a man who was convicted of stealing cars 19 years ago. He got out on parole in 1992 which doesn't end till 2015. My ex-husband who is very possessive of me still is threatening to try to take my custody of my 5 year old son because he is a felon. My BF has been very involved in his community and a children's softball coach for the last 8 years. Am I endanger in this situation? This icing on the cake is my ex has a family violence charge from me that he just got off probation for last year. I am a good mother and he can't say otherwise.

The ex's family violence conviction is far more important than the boyfriend's felony from 19 years ago.

Your ex-husband is just a big loudmouth bully. Don't let him scare you.
