Getting my daughter back.

How can I get my daughter

back, the father is not on the

birth certificate and is a sex

offender?

I urge you to contact an attorney in your county that does a lot of family law. Most attorneys are willing to meet with you for an hour for under $250.

You don't state if there are any court orders so I really can't answer your question.

You can also contact your local police, sheriff or constable and see if they will help you.
