Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

When my daughter was 2, my ex boyfriend badgered me into signing an agreement stating our current custody arrangement and that the parent who carried her on insurance (him) would claim her on income taxes. I'm about to have another baby and want to put both my children on my insurance, but he refuses to let me because he wants the tax money. We had the agreement notarized. If we were to go to court, is the agreement binding?

No, the agreement is not binding. Only a judge can make a binding order that involves a child.
