If there are orders in place that give you the right to have her, file a suit to enforce those orders.

If there are no orders in place, then file a Suit Affecting the Parent Child Relationship as soon as you can. Once she has lived with him for 6 months, he can file suit in AZ and you'd have to fight him out there. Also, if there are no orders, go get her and bring her home.

Just make sure you don't cause or become the victim of violence. They make fun of us in Texas for our gun-toting ways. But we are nothing compared to the wild west that still holds out in AZ!!
