My daughter

How would I go about getting my daughters father to sign over his rights?

This is very difficult to accomplish, and rarely happens, unless a stepparent is willing to take responsibility for the child through adoption. The pleading is a Petition for Termination, but does not lend itself to do-it-yourself. You need to consult with an attorney regarding your situation.
