Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My daughter is going thru a divorce and her 6 month old daughter spends 3 days a week with us,the grandparents. Can this afect custody? My daughter has a 4 year old as well as a 2 year old. We are just helping her out.

Probably not. It really depends on the reason why she lets her child stay that often. There are so many more aspects that must be taken into consideration in a custody battle. There is nothing wrong with you helping your daughter with her child.
