I have a drug felony. My wife and I are separted. She is telling me that I will not be able to see my daughter because of this felony. Is this true?

Re: my daughter

It is unlikely that a judge would restrict you from ever seeing your daughter just because of a felony drug conviction. At worst, you may be only allowed to have supervised visitation with your daughter.

In addition, if your conviction was 10 or more years ago, it is unlikely that the conviction could be used against you.

I would highly recommend that you contact an attorney and discuss your specific situation with him or her to determine what your best course of action would be.
