Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
my daughter is fifteen and pregnant and the father of her baby is also fifteen and his parents want him to terminate his parental rights. can his parents force him to sign away his parental rights and if his rights are terminated does that mean my daughter gets no child support

If the parental rights are terminated, the father would not owe further child support.
Even if he were an adult, he cannot just give up his parental rights. This requires a petition to the court.
About the only way he could give up his parental rights by signing them away would be if someone else were to file a suit for the court to terminate his parental rights.
Since he is a minor, I do not think he could do this on his own. His parents may be able to do this for him but I am not sure.
