Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My daughter and her Godmother

I voluntary placed my daughter with her godmother,because the school where I live was letting her get beat up in their school.My daughter got put on informal probation and now the godmother wants to have full custody of my daughter.She the probation wants her to have it.Can they do that to me?

If you were my client, I would tell you to go get your daughter. (assuming you still have conservatorship). You have all summer to find alternate school arrangements. You need to hire a lawyer.
